Terms & Conditions:
- New/Renew contract charges AED 105 including VAT.
- Deposit will not refundable incase breaking the contract.
- Deposit will not refundable if apartment not returned in same condition.
- There is penalty of AED 285 incase delayed rent for that particular month.
- Any minor maintenance during stay is not included. Request for additional maintenance will charged additionally.
- All major maintenance included i.e electrical shutdown, water issue, wifi not working, A/c Problems, water heater issue.
