AL MASOUDI, AL AIN
Al Masoudi is a residential district in Al Ain located on the north-eastern end of the emirate. It enjoys a strategic location alongside Dubai-Al Ain Road, giving its residents quick access to the neighbouring areas. The district is a perfect place to live for singles and families as it features supermarkets, schools and healthcare facilities.
Al Masoudi Al Ain is nearby Al Jimi and Al Hili districts. Al Khabisi and Al Towayya to the west and Al Qatarra to the south.
Transport and parking
Despite ample retail, most of the district is residential and as a result parking is in vast supply. The E66 Dubai-Al Ain road runs along its southern border. While the Al Baladiyya Street on the eastern side takes you to the E66 Dubai-Al Ain Road.
Nearby Oasis
If you’re visiting the area, make sure you stop by Al Muwaiji Kasr and Oasis. It literally is an oasis of calm in a built-up residential area.
Shopping in Al Masoudi Al Ain
The main shopping attraction in the area is Al Safeer Centre in Al Masoudi, Al Ain. A large Safeer supermarket exists on the ground floor, but be warned, it gets extremely busy in the evenings.
Located at Roundabout in the south-eastern-most corner of the area is an Oxygen Gym The parade of shops on the E22 features a music store, several other small shops, and a Spar supermarket.
Dining in Al Masoudi
Dining options are mainly confined to Al Hili Mall, which features restaurants like Biryani Pot, Reem Al Bawadi and an extensive food court. The Food court in Hili Mall offers options such as KFC, Papa Johns, McDonald’s, Arabian, Italian and many other food chains.
